Holiday 2020 Delivery Deadlines
Updated: 12/16/20: USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Please have patience as all orders that have shipped are on their way, but delayed. Even Priority mail is experiencing significant delays.
What to do if your gift does not arrive for Christmas
Please know that while we have done everything we could to make sure orders went out in a timely manner, USPS is still experiencing record volumes (as well as receiving packages from UPS and FedEx for final delivery.) Many packages are getting delayed at sorting facilities, but are still in transit.
If your package does not arrive before Christmas, but don’t want to go the traditional 12 Days of Christmas route, print off a picture of the item you purchased. Wrap and gift the printed photo so that your recipient has something to open on Christmas.
Once opened, tell the recipient that the real thing is on the way, and that you proudly supported a small business with your purchase this year.
Also, be sure to thank your USPS carrier! It’s as much out of their hands as it is ours. They are doing their best with the limitations COVID and the government have placed upon them this year.
As of December 10th, mugs, shirts, and blankets have passed their guaranteed delivery dates. Please note that if an order is placed for one of these items, it may not arrive before Christmas.
